Tracy Haidle the Hearing Instrument Specialist, was very friendly and informative explaining the results of my hearing test and what I might personally need, including the type of hearing aids available and exactly what they will do for me. There was no pressure just good informative information which allows me to make an educated choice/decision fitting my personal budget.
